What tennis.so handles.

The head count: Every game shows who’s in and how many more you need, live, as players answer.
The stragglers: Nudge everyone who hasn’t answered, in one tap. Nobody else gets pinged.
The dropouts: Set a number of spots. When someone drops, the next player on the waitlist moves in and is told.
The reminders: Everyone who’s in gets a reminder the day before. You don’t have to remember to send it.
The weekly repost: Post the season’s practices once with Repeat weekly. Change or cancel one without touching the rest.
The buried messages: Carpools, schedules and congratulations go in the team chat, with the important one pinned on top.
